The upper terrace is not treated as leftover roof area. It becomes a destination—an open pavilion, shaded seating zone, and a framed place to experience the hillside view.

Hand-carved timber columns and balustrades introduce warmth to the concrete structure. The purpose is not decoration alone: the detailing establishes a human scale across the long elevations and terraces.
